You can choose from a selection of wonderful flavours:

  • Madagascan vanilla with morello cherry and vanilla buttercream
  • Chocolate with chocolate ganache or chocolate or vanilla buttercream.
  • Stem ginger with lemon buttercream.
  • Lemon or orange cake with lemon curd and lemon or orange buttercream.
  • Matcha-Almond cake with matcha swiss buttercream with fresh raspberrys.
  • Red velvet cake with cream cheese filling, vanilla swiss meringue or classic buttercream.

You can also have Swiss or Italian meringue buttercream in various flavours upon request.

I use the required sugar syrup which gives more depth in flavour and also adds moisture to the cake.

If you have any fillings or favourite flavours that you would prefer, I am happy to tailor the cake to suit your taste.

Each cake is designed to reflect your style or story. You can choose existing designs, from exquisite sugar flowers made by me or hand piped designs.

I am also happy to design a completely bespoke cake for you.

Everything is fresh and made with the highest quality to the finest taste guaranteed.

All my celebration, novelty and wedding cakes are covered with marzipan and sugarpaste. Marzipan can be used substituted for chocolate plastique (which is a combination of pure chocolate and glucose syrup. It has all the taste of chocolate, but with a texture of sugar paste) who dislike the flavour or have allergies to nuts.

I use only the finest chocolate with a minimum of 60% cocoa and my jams and preserves are either locally sourced or home made. I use a range of Madagascan vanilla extract, pods and paste – I consider this to be the best.
